Everyone is invited to sing or just listen, breathe and practice presence. Mantra mediation music is uplifting and helps you connect with your body and the source of Love within yourself.
Aaralyn does not practice any religion.
She follows the teachings of Jesus and Unconditional Love. Everyone is welcome.
A brief overview of mantra and how you can use it as a tool in your life will be given.
