A Guide to the QC's FREE Summer Concert Series - The Echo
The weather is warm, school is out, the gnats are everywhere…it’s time for some live music! 

We can once again enjoy one of life’s greatest gifts….concerts. You remember those things right? Live entertainment. In-person events. Well, we have a list of things to do, just for you. 

The Quad Cities is a mecca for concerts and there is plenty to choose from this summer. Whatever your music taste is, there is a concert for you. From orchestras, funk bands, rappers, and family music nights, there is something for everyone this summer, right here in the QC. 

Free Summer Concerts:

River Music Experience’s Live@5 is back!

Grab your folding chair and a group of friends and join RME for its annual Live@5 concert series at the RME Courtyard. Live@5 is happening every Friday night June through September. Starting, you guessed it…at five! The series kicks off on June 4 with Jason Carl & The Whole Damn Band! 

Followed by:
6/11: Condor & Jaybird
6/18: Rude Punch
6/25: Marbin
And a ton of other great local talents!

Keep your Thursdays free for the Bass Street Summer Concert Series! 

Catch local acts like 1st Impression, Minus Six, Wicked Liz & Bellyswirls, Glory Days Garage Band, and many others at the Moline Centre starting on Thursday, June 3. Grab your lawn chair, and head on down. Drinks and vendors will be on location.

Another great option for your Thursdays this summer is the All Sweat 3rd Thursday Reggae Party!

You can hear from a variety of your favorite local reggae bands at Len’s Brown North Shore Inn & Marina. The June installment features the Reggae Rapids with original sets and a few crowd favorites.

Load up the family and head down to the 65th Starlight Revue Concert Series! 

The concert series hosted at the Lincoln Park Band Shell in Rock Island, IL will feature artists like Crooked Cactus Band, Troy Rangel & Friends, Josh Duffee Orchestra, and many others.

Hear from your favorite local ladies at the Go Fish Marina! 

Musician Angela Meyer will kick off a new event, LFVS (Local Female Vocalist Spotlight) on June 6. The Princeton, IA watering hole is showcasing local voices all summer long!

Runner’s Park located on East Moline Main Street will be featuring bands every Sunday all summer. Enjoy music from Conjunto La Razon, Phyliss and the Sharks, Soul Storm, and so many others!
